このアプリについて
HARD WORK は、水分摂取量・体調（尿の色、夜間の回数、疲労感、身体の張りや痛み）を記録し、Google Health に蓄積された食事・睡眠・活動量のデータとあわせて、その日の摂取状況を確認するための個人用ツールです。
現在は開発中で、開発者本人のみが利用しています。

1. 適用範囲
本ポリシーは、個人用健康記録アプリ「HARD WORK」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本アプリは開発者個人が自身の利用のために開発したもので、第三者への提供・配布は行っていません。
2. 取得する情報
本アプリは、利用者が Google アカウントで明示的に許可した場合に限り、Google Health API を通じて以下のデータを読み取り専用で取得します。
取得するデータ 要求する権限（OAuth スコープ）
食事・栄養（カロリー、タンパク質、脂質、炭水化物、水分） googlehealth.nutrition.readonly
活動量・運動 googlehealth.activity_and_fitness.readonly
睡眠 googlehealth.sleep.readonly
体重・心拍などの身体測定値 googlehealth.health_metrics_and_measurements.readonly
いずれも末尾が .readonly の読み取り専用権限です。本アプリは Google Health にデータを書き込みません。 書き込み権限（.writeonly）は一切要求しません。
このほか、利用者が本アプリの画面に自ら入力した情報（水分摂取量、尿の色、夜間の排尿回数、疲労感、身体の張りや痛み、任意のメモ）を取得します。
3. 情報の利用目的
取得した情報は、以下の目的にのみ利用します。
利用者本人の画面に、その日の摂取状況・記録内容を表示すること
利用者本人の記録として保存し、過去の記録を振り返れるようにすること
利用者本人が設定した目標との差分を計算して表示すること
上記以外の目的には利用しません。
4. 情報の保存場所
取得した情報は、利用者本人の Google アカウント内の Google スプレッドシートに保存されます。開発者が管理する外部サーバーやデータベースには一切送信・保存されません。
5. 第三者への提供
本アプリは、取得した情報をいかなる第三者にも提供・販売・共有しません。
広告配信を行いません。
アクセス解析ツール、セッション録画ツールを使用しません。
外部の AI サービスや分析サービスにデータを送信しません。
6. Google ユーザーデータの限定的な使用について
本アプリによる Google API から取得した情報の使用および他者への移転は、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（限定的な使用の要件を含む）に準拠します。
具体的には、本アプリは Google Health API から取得したデータを、利用者本人に機能を提供する目的以外に使用せず、人間による閲覧も行わず、広告目的に使用せず、第三者に販売しません。
7. データの保持と削除
取得したデータは、利用者本人の Google アカウント内に保存され、利用者本人がいつでも削除できます。
アプリのアクセス権は、Google アカウントの「サードパーティ製のアプリとサービス」 からいつでも取り消せます。
アクセス権を取り消した時点で、本アプリは Google Health からの新たなデータ取得を停止します。
すでに保存されたデータは利用者本人の Google アカウント内に残るため、不要な場合は該当のスプレッドシートを削除してください。
8. セキュリティ
本アプリへのアクセスは開発者本人の Google アカウントに限定されています。
認証は Google の公式な OAuth 2.0 の仕組みを使用します。本アプリが Google アカウントのパスワードを取得・保存することはありません。
保存先のスプレッドシートおよびフォルダーは、リンクを知っている人への共有を行わず、本人のみがアクセスできる設定にしています。
9. 子どもの利用について
本アプリは開発者個人の利用を目的としており、13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページに変更後の内容と最終更新日を掲載します。

1. Scope
This policy applies to "HARD WORK," a personal health-tracking application developed by an individual for their own use. It is not distributed or offered to other users.
2. Information We Access
With the user's explicit consent, the app reads the following data from Google Health API on a read-only basis:
Nutrition data (calories, protein, fat, carbohydrate, hydration) — googlehealth.nutrition.readonly
Activity and fitness data — googlehealth.activity_and_fitness.readonly
Sleep data — googlehealth.sleep.readonly
Health metrics and measurements (weight, heart rate) — googlehealth.health_metrics_and_measurements.readonly
All requested scopes are read-only. The app does not write any data to Google Health and does not request any write scopes.
The app also stores information the user enters directly: hydration amounts, urine color, nocturia count, fatigue level, physical tightness or pain, and optional notes.
3. How We Use the Information
The information is used solely to display the user's own daily intake and records, to retain the user's own history, and to calculate the difference against goals the user has set. It is not used for any other purpose.
4. Where the Information Is Stored
All data is stored in the user's own Google Sheets within their own Google account. No data is transmitted to or stored on any server controlled by the developer.
5. Sharing
The app does not share, sell, or transfer any data to third parties. It serves no advertising, uses no analytics or session-recording tools, and sends no data to external AI or analytics services.
6. Limited Use Disclosure
The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, data obtained from the Google Health API is used only to provide user-facing features, is not read by humans, is not used for advertising, and is not sold to third parties.
7. Retention and Deletion
Data remains in the user's own Google account and can be deleted by the user at any time. Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account — Third-party apps & services. Upon revocation, the app stops retrieving new data from Google Health.
8. Security
Access is limited to the developer's own Google account. Authentication uses Google's official OAuth 2.0 flow; the app never receives or stores a Google account password. Storage files are not shared via link and are accessible only to the owner.
9. Children
The app is intended for the developer's personal use and is not directed to children under 13.
10. Changes
Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated date.
